Wine Cellar Private Dinners


Available Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday

  • 1.5 hour dinner experience with a CSW, Sommelier or Winemaker

  • Includes 2 to 4 bottles of wine with a 3 course meal prepared by our Jenny Dawn Cellars Chef

Tasting Room Rental


Mondays and Tuesdays Only


  • Capacity up to 75 guests

  • $500 for half days (5 hours)

  • $1000 for full day (10 hours)


Patio Rental


Monday through Sunday


  • Available seasonally

  • Capacity up to 120 guests

  • $1,000 for half days (5 hours)

  • $2,000 for full day (10 hours)



Rent the Entire Winery

  • $1,500 for half days (5 hours)

  • $3,000 for full day (10 hours)

  • $20/person with a 2 guest minimum/ 10 person max

  • Tour times of 12:30pm, 2:00pm, 3:30pm and 6:00pm are available Wednesday-Sunday with a 30 minute tour duration and photo opportunity

Terms and Conditions:

All Rental Fees Include (Excluding private wine dinners):


  • Table and chair setup

  • Use of audio/visual equipment: microphones, sound system, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth/HDMI compatible system, and projector.

  • Full access to reserved spaces 2 hours prior to event start time for decorations and 1 hour after the event ends for cleanup time.

  • Ice Machine

  • Glasses for wine and beer



Deposit/Payment Guidelines


  • Preferred dates are reserved upon a non-refundable deposit of 50% of total fees.

  • Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to event date.

  • No refunds will be issued upon cancellation. We understand that unexpected occurrences can take place and our team is willing to reschedule your event based on availability.



Catering and Alcohol Policies


  • Preferred caterers authorized by Jenny Dawn Cellars are permitted to use our kitchen on Mondays and Tuesdays only.

  • Jenny Dawn Cellars wines and beers from our bar will be available for purchase for event use through our winery. With beer, you will only be charged for what you use.

  • No outside alcohol or liquor is allowed.

  • In order to make sure that we have your preferred wines ready, we kindly request that you place your order within 48 hours of your event.

  • A $6 charge will be applied towards missing or broken glasses.



Setup and Clean Up Procedures


  • Our Jenny Dawn Cellars team is delighted to setup our in house inventory of tables and chairs according to 3 specified layouts. Layout selection should be determined upon booking your event.

  • The renter will have access to the reserved space 2 hours before the event to decorate and 1 hour after your event ends to clean up.

  • We take pride in our beautiful facility with keeping the WOW factor at heart. Event spaces must be put back to the original condition found before vacating the premises. This includes emptying of trash cans.

  • No glue, nails, sticky adhesive substances, or anything that may cause permanent holes or damage to the property is not allowed.

  • Balloons are allowed on the patio only.

  • The renter will be responsible for any damage caused in our facility during your event.

  • A $250 cleaning fee will be issued if the space is not returned to the original condition.
