Jenny Dawn Cellars Venue Rental Program
The Jenny Dawn Cellars winery located at Union Station is the perfect venue to host a private event. Our indoor winery space can comfortably accommodate 20 - 40 people. Our outdoor winery space can also accommodate 30 - 60 people.
Rental Dates and Times
Our venue is available to rent on the following days:
· Wednesday: 9AM – 9PM
· Thursday: 9AM – 9PM
· Friday: 10AM – 10PM
· Saturday: 10AM – 10PM
Wednesday and Thursday Venue Cost
The cost to book a private event at Jenny Dawn Cellars on Wednesday and Thursday is:
· $300 for 2 hours
· $600 for 4 hours
· $1200 for 8 hours
· 20% gratuity is added to the bill.
Friday and Saturday Venue Cost
The cost to book a private event at Jenny Dawn Cellars on Friday and Saturday is:
· $500 for 2 hours
· $1000 for 4 hours
· $2000 for 8 hours
· 20% gratuity is added to the bill.
Deposit/Payment Guidelines

Preferred dates are reserved upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 50% of total fees.

Remaining balance is due on the day of the event.

No refunds will be issued upon cancellation. We understand that unexpected occurrences can take place and our team is willing to reschedule your event based on availability.
Catering and Alcohol Policies

Jenny Dawn Cellars wines from our bar will be available for purchase for event use. No outside alcohol or liquor is allowed.

In order to make sure that we have your preferred wines ready, we kindly request that you place your order within 48 hours of your event.

A $6 charge will be applied towards missing or broken glasses.
